All of goods are delivered to your home or workplace.
We offer a pick
up service, but you need to pick up after payment cleared.

AUSTRALIA ONLINE VIP is here to help,
if you are not sure what computer parts you need for your upgrade or
for whatever your needs may be, please use the Contact Us form to ask.
The customer can return goods for a
refund, repair or replacement only if:
The item has a fault that wouldn't normally
be detected at the time of purchase.
The customer must make contact with
AUSTRALIA ONLINE VIP prior to goods being returned.
Any goods that are deemed to be faulty
are to be returned complete with all original packaging and with a copy
of the original purchase invoice.
Unauthorised returns will be returned
to the customer, at the customer's expense.
Shipping cost or any financial charges
are non refundable
AUSTRALIA ONLINE VIP DO NOT offer 'instant'
replacement or 'advance' replacement, we do our best to speed up the
process of warranty returns provided all products returned meet the
warranty terms and conditions.
There will be no credit or refund given
on the price difference of the ordered items due to price drops once
the product has been confirmed, processed and shipped out. Prices of
computer parts are volatile and we do not control the price fluctuations.
If goods received are not as ordered,
please inform AUSTRALIA ONLINE VIP within 24 hours of receiving the
delivery, do not open any packaging or use as it will be deemed to be
acceptance of goods and will not be accepted for return.
AUSTRALIA ONLINE VIP reserves the title
of ownership to any extra or incorrect goods shipped as result of our
error. Please choose carefully,
AUSTRALIA ONLINE VIP is under no obligation
to accept cancellation requests if you simply change your mind or make
a wrong choice.

We reserve the right
to change freight for remote area.
Weight should
be higher of cube weight or true weight.
AUSTRALIA ONLINE VIP preferred couriers
are Couriers Please, Australian Air Express, FastWay, StarTrack Express,
Australia Post.
Please note: The courier service chosen
for each order is subject to the nominated shipping address, package
size, weight and dimensions. Proof of Delivery
If you haven't received your order or
require a proof of delivery after the standard lead time, please use
Contact Us and provide your details including order date, item ordered,
total amount paid, how payment was made. Also include how you wish to
receive the proof of delivery whether by email, fax or post. We will
then contact you with your proof of delivery. Delivery Lead Time
For delivery to major State, Territory
cities and their surrounding areas, please allow 2-7 working days from
date of clearance of payment.
For delivery to more remote or rural
areas, please allow a further 1-2 working day.
Delivery Address and Contact Details:
When placing an order with us, where
we are to deliver goods to you, we require a physical street address.
To assist us in processing your order, please also provide your land-line
and/or mobile telephone number. Please note that an authorized signatory
needs to be at the delivery address to sign for and collect the goods
and that photo identification may be requested
Australia Online VIP prefers you provide
workplace for delivery that will make sure you are available for receiving
order.
