The use of the Australia Online VIP
website is governed by the terms and conditions set forth below. Please
read them carefully. Your use of the website indicates acceptance of
these terms and conditions.
Australia Online VIP reserves the right
to make changes to this website and the terms and conditions at anytime
without any prior notice. Australia Online VIP is a service provider
to the website and is also referred to as "us", "vendor"
and "we". The customer is the individual or organisation that
is using the website and its service it is also referred to "you",
and/or "customers"
1.
COMPATIBILITY
- Compatibility between all
hardware or software products is not guaranteed. No refund/replacement
will be available for incompatibility problems.
- It is the customers own
responsibility to ensure compatibility issues between all hardware and
software to be resolved prior to ordering.
- Australia Online VIP has
limited information regarding compatibility therefore customers are
encouraged to do their own research first. Please visit the manufacturers¡¯
website for specific technical information.
2.
AVAILABILITY
- All advertised products
are subject to "while stocks last". No lay-by or rain checks
are available.
- Item availability and prices
are subject to change without notice. Contact us for latest information.
- Orders placed that are waiting
for payment will only be placed on hold for 48 hours after order ready
confirmation.
- Although we do our best
to keep our stock level up on most items, we can not guarantee availability
on all items, so we encourage you to query stock levels prior to ordering
(via email).
- We will then be able to
confirm the availability and reserve your stock. Items in stock will
be allocated and reserved only upon receipt of an online order.
3.
WARRANTY
- Any products sold by Australia
Online VIP are meant to be professionally installed. Improper installation
is NOT covered under warranty. Please seek professional assistance if
required, to avoid paying unnecessary costs for replacement.
- All products sold by Australia
Online VIP carry a minimum 12 months return to base manufacturer warranty.
Some products offer extended limited warranty which customers may be
required to register the product warranty with the manufacturer.
- Australia Online VIP's warranty
terms are based on the manufacturers' warranty terms and conditions.
Australia Online VIP will process all warranty claims with the manufacturer
on behalf of our customers.
- Australia Online VIP does
not handle warranty returns for products that already provide a direct
manufacturer to customer warranty service. These products include printers,
scanners and monitors and many other retail products. Read your warranty
terms for specific details.
- Products returned for warranty
claim will be repaired or replaced by the manufacturers. No financial
refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
- Products in warranty which
have been discontinued by the manufacturer shall be upgraded to similar
product or a credit will be given at the current market value or purchase
price, whichever is lower.
- A proof of purchase, a copy
of the original receipt and a detailed fault description is required
to be sent together with the product sent for warranty claim.
- Warranty is provided solely
on products sold by Australia Online VIP. Other faulty products used
in conjunction that are not purchased from Australia Online VIP will
not be covered under warranty.
- All shipping charges to
and from Australia Online VIP incurred in a warranty claim are at the
expense of the customer. We only handle the costs for sending warranty
items from Australia Online VIP to our suppliers.
- Warranty returns must be
properly packaged in the condition acceptable by the vendor. (please
provide original packaging if possible or adequate safe packaging as
insufficient safe packaging will result in warranty being voided)
- A large percentage of warranty
returned to us are tested to be, ¡°no fault found¡±, in this event,
Australia Online VIP reserve the right to charge a labor fee of $50
for time spent examining goods where no fault has been found.
- Australia Online VIP WILL
NOT BE LIABLE IN ANY WAY FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL OR
INDIRECT LOSS RESULTING FROM FAULTY SYSTEMS OR PARTS. These may include
but not limited to, loss or use of data, or profits.
- Warranty will be voided
for non manufacturing defect, if its found to be mishandled, modified,
tampered, abused, physically damaged, improperly installed or used,
or caused by power surged/electrical faults/lightning strike.
- Product returned which shows
evidence of user induced damage, overclocking or modification, will
be denied. This includes improper installation of cpu heatsink, scratches
on motherboard, removal of fan/heatsink, cutting of cables, soldering
components,
- Australia Online VIP is
not responsible for any data loss, backing up of data is the responsibility
of customer, and we do not provide a backup service or data recovery
when sending hard disks for warranty claim to manufacturer.
- Turnaround time for warranty
returns may depend on the availability of the replacement product from
manufacturer/distributors. The process of warranty return involves the
shipping of warranty returns to Australia Online VIP, the time it takes
for us to test the products, filing of warranty request to our suppliers
and waiting for the approval, the shipping of warranty to our supplier
and supplier's own testing, if there is replacement stock then it'll
be shipped to us, otherwise there will be further delay in coming back
to us.
- Australia Online VIP will
not be responsible to keep any warranty returns sent to Australia Online
VIP that is unclaimed for any longer than 28 days.
4.
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENT
- You must contact Australia
Online VIP by e-mail prior to returning any products for warranty.
- When goods are returned
within warranty period, and the product is no longer available or repairable,
Australia Online VIP will replace with equal or similar product and
if not possible, offer a credit/refund at the current market
value.
- Within ACCC guidelines for
the refund of goods under warranty, if the goods returned have had a
fair amount of use, Australia Online VIP is allowed to offer partial
refund or replacement only.
- Australia Online VIPs' restocking
fee is calculated based on the time period the goods have been purchased,
as shown on the date of the invoice. If goods returned within 1 month,
it will carry a 15% restocking fee, within 3 months - 50%, more than
6 months - 70%, and no refund will be offered after 12 months.
- Australia Online VIP
DO NOT accept returns for refunds, credit or exchanges based
on incorrect, incompatible
or unsuitable goods, please select your goods carefully
before placing your order or ask for our advice before purchasing.
- Australia Online VIP
DO NOT accept return for refunds for goods returned
which has been opened/used/damage/modified, as we will not be able to
return the product to our supplier.
- Shipping cost or any financial
charges are non refundable
- Australia Online VIP DOES
NOT offer 'instant' replacement or 'advance' replacement, we do our
best to speed up the process of warranty returns provided all products
returned meet the warranty terms and conditions.
- There will be no credit
or refund given on the price difference of the ordered items due to
price drops once the product has been confirmed, processed and shipped
out. Prices of computer parts are volatile and we do not control the
price fluctuations.
- If goods received are not
as ordered, please inform Australia Online VIP within 24 hours of receiving
the delivery, do not open any packaging or use as it will be deemed
to be acceptance of goods and will not be accepted for return.
- Cancellation of an order
where it involves a computer system being built will result in a minimum
of 20% deduction for the loss of our time and depreciation of goods.
- Cancellation of a specially
ordered item will result in a minimum of 10% restocking fee.
- Cancellation must be informed
as soon as possible, any cancellation after a product has been packed
and shipped out will result in the customer paying for all freight and
handling charges.
- Australia Online VIP reserve
the title of ownership to any extra or incorrect goods shipped as result
of our error.
5.
GENERAL POLICIES / DISCLAIMERS
- There may be misprints,
human errors, omissions. We reserve the right to make changes and corrections
in prices, products and specifications without notice.
- We are not responsible for
typographical errors. Manufacturer's specifications are subject to change
without notice.
- Information as well as pictures
and hyperlinks contained throughout this website are only to be used
as a point of reference. It may not reflect the exact final product.
- We do not own or publish
the content of the respective manufacturer's website therefore the products
we carry may sometime be different in content as well as technical specification
as described by the links. If unsure and you have a specific requirement
for a product please contact our sales team to confirm it, otherwise
we can not be held liable for any incorrect information supplied by
the links on the website.
- All goods remain property
of Australia Online VIP until payment has been received in full. Until
title passes, Australia Online VIP can retain, repossess and/or resell
all goods.
- Customers acknowledge that
they hold all goods from Australia Online VIP as bales until title passes.
- Australia Online VIP reserve
the right to withdraw any products or specials listed on its website
and to update prices and stock availability according to the market
condition without notice..
- These Terms and Conditions
of Sales are subject to change without notice.
6.
PRICING
- All prices quoted on the
website are INCLUSIVE GST, but NOT including delivery, and are based
on direct deposit payments
only.
- All parts advertised DO
NOT include the cost for any installation, troubleshooting or compatibility
issues with the parts we have sold you. If you require assistance with
installation or troubleshooting, this will be charged at our standard
labor charge of $50/hour.
- As errors and omissions
may occur, pricing, product information and availability is not final
until it has been confirmed by Australia Online VIP staff by email.
- We do NOT match prices
from other competitors, they may or may not offer the same exact product,
and product may not be in stock or offered with the same warranty and
service support as we do. Price matching is only at Australia Online
VIP discretion.
- All prices are subject to
change without notice. By placing the order, the customer has agreed
to pay the prices as listed on the order form at the time the order
was originally submitted.
- If the specific item ordered
undergoes a price drop, and we have not completed the paper work (that
is, the customer has NOT received a confirmation by email), then we
will adjust to the new price accordingly. Otherwise, the customer will
be invoiced the amount as per your original order. Please DO NOT contact
us regarding a rebate in this situation. All prices listed on web pages
are strictly for Bank Deposit only. Credit card payments incur a 2.4%
surcharge for VISA and MasterCard.
7.
SALES TAX
- All of our advertised prices
are inclusive of GST. We do not offer ex-tax prices to any individuals
or businesses.
- We are registered to collect
GST on behalf of ATO, our ABN no is 37 659 742 600.
- GST components (10% Goods
and Services Tax) are shown in our invoices.
- You are not required to
give your ABN number for purchasing products from us.
- We can not sell duty free
to anyone, including overseas travelers.
8.
COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARKS
- Manufacturer's images and
links used on our websites are reserved copyrights and trademarks of
their respective owners.
- All original images as well
as links are used to allow a more up-to-date and accurate information
being passed on to the visitor of this website.
- We do not own or publish
the contents of the information within the links. We are only the reseller
of the products.
9.
SHIPPING & INSURANCE
- All prices listed for each
product do not including any shipping charges or insurance.
- Insurance charges are optional
and to be paid by customer at their request. Insurance cost about:

not include freight and surcharge) <=$100
- $5 from $100 to $500
- $7.5 from $500 to $1000
- $10 from $1000 to $3000
- 1% of purchasing for over
$3000
- Australia Online VIP can
not ship to a PO BOX address it must be a physical street address that
can be verified.
- Australia Online VIP DO
NOT process and ship orders to overseas
- Shipping address must have
a complete contact detail that can be verified by phone call.
- We do not ship orders to
a third party, unless Australia Online VIP can verify all address and
contact details.
- Delivery to work address
or non residential address must be accompanied with the full verifiable
details such as company name, address, and contact name and phone number.
- We do not ship COD.
- The customer is responsible
to be available for delivery and to sign and accept the goods, redelivery
attempts will be charged to customer if delivery address is unattended.
- Shipping and insurance charges
are non-refundable.
- Customer is responsible
for all freight charges, for redeliveries, refused shipments/incorrect
delivery details and these are added to the invoice total.
- Customers can track their
order using our email confirmation, a consignment number is given in
your email and you can follow up the delivery status with courier (only
available for couriers with tracking services).
- Dimensions/oversize weights
are applied to freight charges when applicable
- All claims for damaged or
stolen goods must be filed with the delivering carrier. Australia Online
VIP will not file this for you. If the goods received seem to have damaged
packaging DO NOT open any original packaging or use the item, as it
will be deemed to be acceptance of goods and will not be accepted for
returns. All original boxes and packing material must be returned to
us for proof of evidence. All claims for shortages, incorrect shipment
or billing must be made within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Australia
Online VIP WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR GOODS LOST OR ARRIVED DAMAGED
if customers use their own couriers. Split Shipments incur individual
shipping charges.
10. PAYMENTS
- Our business bank account
is held with Commonwealth Bank.

- Please beware that if you
are doing direct deposit payment using internet banking from a different
bank other than Commonwealth Bank, it may take up to 48 hours to show
in our account. We do not ship out the order until payment is finalized.
- If paying by credit card,
the customer must provide accurate details as we require and allow Australia
Online VIP to be able to verify their details with their financial institutions.
- Australia Online VIP may
refuse to accept a credit card payment if it deems to have insufficient
verifiable information.
- When paying by credit card,
the customer must be contactable on land line at the listed delivery
address, no mobile phone or unlisted number will be accepted as a contact
number.
11. PRIVACY STATEMENT & POLICY
- Australia Online VIP is committed
to complying with the Australian and International privacy laws and
to protect our customers¡¯ privacy.
- Australia Online VIP collects
details from its customer for the sole purpose of processing the customers
order more efficiently and to allow customers to experience the convenience
of online ordering.
- Credit card details are
never processed or stored online, they are processed through Pay pal¡¯s
secure gateway.
- Australia Online VIP DO
NOT disclose, sell or trade any collected information of its customers
to any third parties other than those used to verify the order, such
as bank or the financial issuer of credit card
- Australia Online VIP DO
NOT use customer details or email addresses for sending unsolicited
emails
- Australia Online VIP will
provide the customer details to the appropriate authorities if the information
we received is deemed to be false or misleading.
